About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join the team at Crystal Tech Lab. This role requires strong testing fundamentals, logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of the QA process. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement test cases for web, mobile app, and API testing • Perform regression testing and bug tracking • Conduct performance testing using JMeter • Maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence • Collaborate with developers and product teams Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in QA / Software Testing • Strong logical and analytical thinking • Experience in Web, Mobile App, and API Testing • Understanding of test cases, regression testing, and bug tracking • Experience with JMeter / performance testing • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA processes • Automation testing experience will be an added advantage • Good communication skills • Ability to work closely with developers and product teams • Good attention to detail and ownership
