About the Role We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of our software products. This role involves testing web and mobile applications, as well as APIs, and contributing to the improvement of QA processes. Key Responsibilities • Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents • Test Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and APIs • Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing • Identify, document, track, and verify defects • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams • Monitor QA metrics, defect density, and defect resolution • Contribute to improving QA processes and testing strategies Requirements • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience in Manual and Automation Testing • Hands-on experience testing Web, Mobile, and APIs • Knowledge of both Black Box and White Box Testing • Experience with automation testing tools and scripting • Good knowledge of SQL and database testing • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field What We're Looking For • Candidates who can independently manage testing activities • Strong ownership and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
