About the Role We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Vlocity team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within the Salesforce Industry Cloud environment, focusing on ensuring the quality and performance of applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for various components of the Vlocity platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Identify, document and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution • Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure quality standards are met • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the code • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and Salesforce technologies Requirements • Proven experience in QA testing within Salesforce Industry Cloud, specifically Vlocity • Strong understanding of Salesforce components, including Customer & Party, OmniStudio, Service Console and Service Journeys • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks • Proficiency in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in QA Engineering, with a focus on Salesforce and Vlocity • Relevant certifications in QA or Salesforce are a plus
