About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Integration Test Lead to lead end-to-end integration testing for an enterprise migration from a legacy Workforce Management (WFM) system to Salesforce. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end integration testing for WFM to Salesforce migration • Validate upstream and downstream system integrations • Test CSG Billing, scheduling tools, and middleware integrations • Ensure data integrity and validate historical WFM records • Lead defect triage and coordinate with Salesforce architects and vendors Requirements • 10+ Years QA experience • 3+ Years Salesforce Integration Testing experience • Salesforce Integration Testing • QA Leadership & E2E Testing • CSG Billing Integration • Workforce Management (WFM) Systems • REST/SOAP API Testing • Postman • Salesforce Objects, Workflows & Integration • Jira, Agile/Scrum, Zephyr • Data Migration & Validation Good to Have • Salesforce Administrator / Deployment Specialist Certification • Provar / Selenium Automation Experience
