🚨 Hiring: Senior QA Lead (Java + Automation) | Toronto 🚨 This is NOT a manual QA role. We need someone who can lead AND build automation frameworks. 💡 What you’ll do: Lead QA strategy for Java-based applications Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG/JUnit) Drive CI/CD and cloud-based testing practices Mentor QA engineers and improve testing processes ✅ Must-have: 10+ years in QA / Testing Strong Java + Selenium automation experience Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) Proven team leadership experience ➕ Nice to have: Cloud experience (AWS / Azure) Agile/Scrum environment 📍 Toronto | Onsite 📄 Contract (3–6 months) 🇨🇦 Canada-based consultants only If you only manage QA — this role isn’t for you.
