About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in API Testing, Playwright, TypeScript, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and Loyalty solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain production-ready Playwright API automation using TypeScript
• Validate integrations across Talon.one → Ometria → Loyalty Communications
• Test customer data ingestion, mapping and synchronization
• Validate loyalty rules, customer state transitions, points balances and expiry
• Test notification triggers and personalization payloads
• Define test strategy, test cases, traceability and quality gates
• Generate automated execution reports and maintain QA documentation
• Collaborate with QA Leads, SRE teams and SI partners
Requirements
• 7+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience
• Strong Playwright + TypeScript experience
• Hands-on API & Backend Testing
• REST API, JSON & Schema validation
• Asynchronous/Event-driven data flow testing
• Data integrity, ingestion, mapping & synchronization testing
• Test Strategy, Test Planning & Quality Gates
• Manual + Automation Testing
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Test data seeding & teardown
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
