About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / Enterprise Test Architect to lead Quality Engineering strategy for a large-scale Azure-native Healthcare Platform Modernization Program. Key Responsibilities • Define end-to-end testing architecture and automation strategy • Establish quality governance frameworks and release readiness processes • Lead testing across data platforms, APIs, microservices and portals • Drive quality engineering across Azure cloud infrastructure • Support AI-assisted delivery streams • Lead QA initiatives for large-scale digital transformation and cloud modernization programs Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering • 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead or Enterprise Test Architect • Experience leading QA initiatives for large-scale Digital Transformation or Cloud Modernization programs • Healthcare Payer / Provider domain experience preferred
