About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in API testing, Playwright automation, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to support an enterprise Loyalty Program implementation. Key Responsibilities • Define test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality gates • Review SI partner testing strategies and manage end-to-end integration testing • Ensure data integrity, ingestion, field mapping, and profile synchronization • Test asynchronous/event-driven integrations, data synchronization, latency, and SLA • Lead API automation using Playwright and TypeScript Requirements • 10+ years of overall QA / Test Engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for API test automation • Expertise in REST API testing, backend validation, and schema/payload validation • Experience with asynchronous/event-driven integrations, data synchronization, latency, and SLA testing • Strong knowledge of data integrity, ingestion, field mapping, and profile synchronization • Experience defining test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality gates • Experience reviewing SI partner testing strategies and managing end-to-end integration testing • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure secrets management Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with Talon.one (Loyalty / Promotion Engine) • Experience with Ometria (Customer Data Platform – CDP) • Loyalty program testing, promotion rules, ledger validation, and customer tier transitions • Lifecycle communications, notification triggers, and personalization payload testing • Retail / E-commerce domain experience • AI-assisted test generation and test data management experience
