FREELANCE - Interim QA Manager (Food Industry) Location: West Flanders, Belgium Duration: 12-month contract Start Date: From next month Schedule: 3 days per week Key Responsibilities -Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) -Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g. BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, HACCP) -Lead and support internal and external audits -Act as point of contact for certification bodies and customers -Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA -Support production teams with food safety and quality-related matters Profile -5–10 years’ experience in QA within the food industry -Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audit processes (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, HACCP) -Hands-on and pragmatic mindset -Experience in managing or supporting audits is essential -Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally -Fluent in Dutch (English OR French is a plus) -Available 3 days per week, starting next month Apply Now! +32 33 18 00 75 [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
