About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will bring strong quality engineering practices and may specialize in one or more areas including automation, performance, accessibility, security, or data migration testing. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites • Plan and execute software testing across functional and non-functional requirements • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Perform performance, accessibility, security, or data migration testing based on specialization • Collaborate with development and product teams to improve software quality • Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable quality insights • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and methodologies Requirements • 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and quality engineering practices • Expertise in one or more areas: test automation, performance testing, accessibility testing, security testing, or data migration testing • Ability to analyze test results and communicate findings effectively • Experience across multiple QA specialization areas • Exposure to testing complex applications and migration initiatives • Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills • Relevant software testing or QA certifications
