About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager with expertise in US Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, and MMIS domains. This role involves managing testing processes for complex healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end testing for healthcare projects • Develop and implement test strategies • Manage testing of claims processing and adjudication systems • Coordinate with stakeholders and clients • Perform backend validation using SQL • Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis Requirements • 10+ years of experience in QA testing • Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare and MMIS healthcare projects • Hands-on experience with Claims Processing and Adjudication • In-depth knowledge of Claims Lifecycle • Experience with various claims types: Professional, Institutional, Dental, Pharmacy, Encounters and Capitation • Strong knowledge of EDI X12 formats: 837P/I/D, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277 • Experience with claims systems such as CMdS, GHS, Facets or similar platforms • Strong SQL skills for backend validation and troubleshooting • Experience in E2E testing, interface/API testing and test strategy development • Familiarity with Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps and EDI testing tools • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management and team coordination skills
