About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance / Business Analyst to join our team. This role combines both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance responsibilities to ensure high-quality application delivery. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Collaborate with business partners and internal stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Create, review, and execute test cases • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Validate new features, enhancements, and software releases • Configure and validate online donation and membership forms Requirements • Experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance • Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies • Hands-on experience with test case creation and execution • Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus
