About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive end-to-end testing and lead QA delivery in a contract-to-hire position. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end testing processes • Lead QA delivery and coordinate onshore/offshore testing teams • Manage testing priorities and ensure release readiness • Mentor QA analysts Requirements • 5+ years of Software QA experience • 2+ years of QA leadership or team coordination experience • Strong experience in test planning, test strategy, execution, and defect management • Experience managing offshore QA teams and coordinating across time zones • Hands-on experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing • Working knowledge of SQL, API Testing, and Data Validation • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC Preferred Experience • Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Merchandising, or Finance applications • ERP and legacy systems • Data conversion, test automation, Performance Testing, and CI/CD
