About the Role We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team focused on retail systems. This role involves ensuring the quality of POS, OMS, inventory, and fulfillment systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement test automation frameworks • Perform API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing • Validate data using SQL • Integrate with Shopify, ERP, and OMS systems • Work with CI/CD, GitHub, and regression testing • Utilize Kafka, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes • Monitor systems using Splunk and New Relic Requirements • 10+ years of Quality Engineering / QA experience • Strong background in retail systems including POS, OMS, inventory, and fulfillment • Expertise in test automation and framework development • Experience with API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing • Proficiency in SQL and data validation • Knowledge of Java, Python, or NodeJS • Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub, and regression testing • Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes • Understanding of retail omnichannel and BOPIS workflows
