About the Role We are looking for a Quickbase Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building complex, production-grade applications on the Quickbase platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and enhance enterprise apps on Quickbase • Architect relational data models: parent/child, many-to-many, lookups, summary fields • Develop advanced formulas and Formula Queries • Automate processes with Quickbase Pipelines: triggers, schedules, conditions, multi-step flows • Integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP and JSON • Manage roles, permissions, record-level and field-level security • Troubleshoot and optimize performance at scale • Mentor other Quickbase developers Requirements • 5+ years of application development with significant hands-on Quickbase • Strong API authentication, error handling and sync practices • Quickbase Expert Builder, App Builder or Pipelines Builder certification is a plus • Salesforce, Microsoft 365/SharePoint or ERP integration experience is a plus
