About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native and Mobile Developer to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of high-performance enterprise mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. This role focuses on architecting robust client-side solutions and delivering seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Architect robust client-side solutions for enterprise mobile applications • Integrate mobile applications with backend services, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs • Diagnose and resolve platform-specific technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks • Continuously monitor and optimize mobile application speed, memory usage, and responsiveness • Participate in automated unit/integration testing and configure/maintain automated CI/CD build pipelines • Drive production app deployments and oversee releases to app marketplaces Requirements • 7–10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on enterprise-grade mobile engineering • Extensive, hands-on production expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Deep understanding of state management architectures, specifically Redux • Working knowledge of native iOS development tools and dependencies, including Xcode and CocoaPods • Practical experience with native Android development tooling, configuration, and Gradle build scripts • Hands-on experience integrating Firebase services • Proven track record in complex mobile API integration, debugging tools, profiling tools, and client-side performance tuning • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
