About the Role We are looking for a ReactJS Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on developing scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js • Build reusable, responsive, high-performance UI components • Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend microservices • Optimize application performance and follow frontend best practices • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders • Support testing, CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployments, and production troubleshooting • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical mentoring Requirements • 10+ years of software development experience • 5+ years of hands-on React.js experience • Strong expertise in Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand • Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure environments • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Healthcare domain experience is a plus
