About the Role We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer to join our team at Innovix Technology. This role focuses on building high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop reusable UI components and frontend applications using React.js • Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or equivalent tools • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services • Optimize application performance, rendering speed, and accessibility • Implement unit and component testing • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement Requirements • 8+ years of experience in frontend development with strong React.js expertise • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and modern frontend architecture • Knowledge of REST APIs, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent testing tools • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools such as Vite or Webpack
