Now Hiring: Recruiter, Contract Opportunity Calgary, AB or Sparwood, BC We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives for a leading mining operation in Western Canada. This is a strong opportunity for a full-cycle recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, supporting technical and industrial recruitment, and contributing to meaningful workforce growth across a respected organization. In this role, you will manage recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding, support national campus recruitment programs, participate in interviews and hiring decisions, and help attract talent across disciplines such as engineering, geology, mining, and other industrial roles. The ideal candidate brings: 3+ years of recruitment experience Experience in mining, industrial, technical, or related environments Strong full-cycle recruitment skills Confidence working directly with hiring managers ATS and sourcing tool experience A valid Class 5 Driver’s License Ability to travel regularly as required This role offers exposure to complex recruitment initiatives, a collaborative recruitment team, and the chance to support critical workforce needs within a well-established mining operation.
