About the Role We are seeking a Release Manager to oversee end-to-end release planning and execution across Salesforce Service Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities • Manage deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging & Production environments • Handle source control and branch management including merge requests, cherry-picking, and release branch preparation • Execute hands-on CI/CD pipeline operations in GitLab with YAML-based configurations • Manage Salesforce deployment processes, sandbox lifecycle, and environment readiness • Participate in change management and governance including CAB participation and audit compliance • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, architects, and global delivery teams Requirements • Proven background in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Release Management • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud release processes • Expertise in Git with branching strategies and merge conflict resolution • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline management • Experience with YAML pipeline configurations, troubleshooting, and automation • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred • Enterprise-scale Salesforce release support experience • Familiarity with CAB processes and governance • Experience with rollback strategies and release automation
