About the Role We are seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead and facilitate SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive program delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and facilitate SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) • Drive PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and System Demos • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and program delivery • Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and stakeholders • Track Agile metrics, delivery progress, and continuous improvement initiatives • Coach teams on SAFe, Lean Agile practices, and delivery excellence Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Agile Project/Program Delivery • 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) • 5+ years of experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex program dependencies • Strong hands-on experience with the SAFe Agile framework • Expertise in PI Planning, ART management, and program execution • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools • Excellent leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • SAFe RTE Certification; SA, SPC, PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications • Experience in Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Modernization • Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated industry experience • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
