About the Role We are seeking a Reliability, Observability & Performance Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on improving system reliability, observability, and performance through various monitoring and testing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Work with Enterprise Observability tools like Dynatrace and synthetics to provide consistent monitoring data. • Define service level indicators and objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and alert thresholds aligned with incident priority levels. • Set up release-readiness and regression testing gates, performance and stress testing, and disaster recovery testing. • Establish post-go-live monitoring for each migration as standard practice. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in platform operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), observability, or production support. • Experience in PBM, claims adjudication, or healthcare is preferred. • Hands-on experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk), dashboarding (Power BI), and SQL. • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and clear during incidents. • Capability to influence without authority, both within the organization and with external vendors.
