About the Role We are looking for an experienced Research Scientist to join our team focused on AI/ML applications in biologics discovery. This role involves developing advanced models for antibody discovery and protein design. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI/ML models for antibody discovery, protein design, and ASO therapeutics • Build predictive models for DNA/RNA sequences and antibody–antigen interactions • Apply Deep Learning, Transformers, GNNs, RNNs, and Generative AI • Develop scalable ML pipelines for biologics discovery and optimization Requirements • PhD in Computational Biology, Chemistry, Machine Learning, Biomedical Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of relevant industry experience • Strong knowledge of ASO therapeutics, antibody design, and protein modeling • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or JAX • Experience with AWS, Docker, GitHub, and ML infrastructure
