About the Role We are looking for an experienced Resident/SRE Engineer to join our team for a 3–6 month contract. This role requires strong Linux, Python scripting, DevOps, networking, and client-facing technical support experience. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Perform root cause analysis and issue reproduction • Provide technical support to clients • Implement and maintain systems using OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, and other technologies • Analyze network protocols and troubleshoot using Wireshark Requirements • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role • Linux administration and Python / Shell scripting • Experience with OpenStack, Heat templates, and Azure AKS • Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, virtualization, and microservices • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, SSH, DNS, NAT, and HTTP • Strong customer communication and technical problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Preferred Skills • 5G call flows and 5G Core (5GC) SBI components • Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, and MariaDB • WSO2 Identity Server, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
