About the Role We are looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer to support the design, assessment, optimization, and troubleshooting of SmartGrid and cellular networks. Key Responsibilities • Support the design, assessment, optimization, and troubleshooting of SmartGrid and cellular networks • Apply RF planning, network analysis, and problem-solving skills to complex projects • Utilize various tools and technologies to enhance network performance Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience • 5–10 years of experience designing SmartGrid or cellular networks • Knowledge of SmartGrid, Slotted Aloha, Contention-Based Networks, TDMA, and GSM • Proficiency in Planet propagation tools, MapInfo, Google Earth, SQL, and Aqua Data Studio • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project planning skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access • AI programming experience is a plus • Occasional overnight travel may be required
