Key Responsibilities • Identify, assess, and evaluate potential risks affecting business operations • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and mitigation plans • Conduct risk assessments and monitor risk exposure • Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures • Monitor risk indicators and prepare regular risk assessment reports • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and minimize potential risks • Ensure adherence to applicable risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards • Recommend improvements to existing risk management processes and controls Requirements • 7+ years of experience in risk management • Strong understanding of risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation • Experience with risk management frameworks and internal controls • Excellent stakeholder management skills
