About the Role We are looking for an experienced Robotics Lab Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Robotics, Automation, Electro-Mechanical Systems, Lab Operations, and Hardware Testing. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Robotics, Automation, or Technical Lab environments • Hands-on experience with Electro-Mechanical Systems, PLC, I/O, and Control Systems • Expertise in Robot Troubleshooting, Hardware Repair, Rework, and Prototype Testing • Experience managing Lab Equipment, Test Fixtures, Calibration, and Maintenance • Knowledge of Motion Capture Systems (OptiTrack, Vicon) is highly preferred • Experience with Robotic Verification & Validation (V&V) and test execution • Ability to interpret CAD Drawings, Schematics, SOPs, and Engineering Documentation • Familiarity with Python and/or C++ is a plus • Bachelors degree in STEM, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
