About the Role We are seeking an experienced Analytics Automation & AI Manager, RPA Architect to lead enterprise automation initiatives, AI-enabled business transformation, and intelligent process optimization. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise automation initiatives, AI-enabled business transformation, and intelligent process optimization • Design and deliver enterprise automation solutions from discovery through production support • Integrate RPA, Salesforce, and cloud-based AI capabilities • Prepare BRD, FRD, PDD, and SDD documentation • Manage multiple initiatives, prioritize deliverables, and drive measurable operational improvements Requirements • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, business analysis, automation, or digital transformation • Strong experience with RPA platforms, particularly UiPath and Blue Prism • Google Cloud AI Agents certification • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations • Experience with Google Cloud AI Agents or other cloud-based AI automation capabilities • Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and automation feasibility assessments • Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and query optimization • Experience with Tableau dashboards and business reporting • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and SharePoint • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills • Experience with UAT planning, test case preparation, defect management, and release coordination Note: Visa Independent Candidates only
