About the Role We are looking for an RPA / Blue Prism Platform Lead to join our team. This role involves leading RPA development and platform administration, with a focus on automation and production support. Key Responsibilities • Strong hands-on Blue Prism development and platform administration • Manage Control Room, schedules, queues, and bot execution • Handle platform upgrades, patching, and production support (L1/L2/L3) • Develop processes, debug, and troubleshoot automation issues • Lead the RPA team and manage automation backlog Requirements • Expertise in Blue Prism development and platform administration • Experience with Control Room, schedules, queues, and bot execution • Knowledge of platform upgrades, patching, and production support • Skills in process development, debugging, and troubleshooting • Leadership experience in RPA teams and automation backlog management • Familiarity with ABBYY and other intelligent automation tools
