About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on Agentic AI experience to build next-generation intelligent automation solutions that combine traditional RPA with AI-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using RPA + Agentic AI • Build AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and executing business tasks • Integrate LLMs and AI services with UiPath workflows • Automate complex, judgment-based business processes • Develop scalable and reusable RPA Requirements • 3–7+ years of experience with UiPath RPA • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots & REFramework • Experience designing and deploying AI-powered automation • Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI / AI Agents • LLM integration and prompt engineering • Experience with UiPath AI Center / Document Understanding is a plus • API/REST integrations and AI service integrations • Python or similar programming experience • SQL and database integration • Experience with queues, assets, credentials and unattended automation • Understanding of human-in-the-loop and exception-handling workflows • Knowledge of GenAI concepts and enterprise AI use cases
