About the Role We are looking for an experienced RSA Archer Platform Administrator to join our team. This role involves hands-on administration and platform engineering of RSA Archer environments. Key Responsibilities • Administer RSA Archer platforms and perform configuration tasks • Manage Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and maintenance • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform performance tuning • Implement root cause analysis for system issues • Work with Archer architecture, Data Feed Manager, APIs, and integrations Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer Administration / Platform Engineering experience • Strong expertise in Archer Control Panel and platform configuration • Experience with Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and maintenance • Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query troubleshooting skills • Production incident management, performance tuning, and root cause analysis • Knowledge of Archer architecture, Data Feed Manager, APIs, and integrations • Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, LDAP/Active Directory, and Disaster Recovery is a plus Interested candidates, please share your updated resume at Ashu@tekaccel.com.
