About the Role We are looking for a strong Ruby Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable applications using Ruby on Rails • Build REST APIs and microservices • Develop responsive frontend interfaces • Integrate third-party APIs/services • Improve application performance, scalability & security • Participate in Agile/Scrum and code reviews Requirements • 8+ Years of experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails • Strong understanding of REST APIs & Microservices • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with React.js / Vue.js / Angular • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 • Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Optimization • Familiarity with Sidekiq / Background Jobs • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP • Knowledge of Docker & CI/CD • Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket • Experience with RSpec / Capybara – Unit & Integration Testing • Strong OOP & SDLC knowledge
