Ruby on Rails Developer

🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote | LATAM) I’m currently conducting a strategic search for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a fast-scaling SaaS product with a strong enterprise footprint. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-ownership environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are excited about building scalable solutions with modern engineering practices. What you’ll be working on • Building and scaling APIs using Ruby on Rails • Designing efficient SQL queries and robust data models • Collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders • Contributing to a modern, AI-driven development culture What we’re looking for • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails • Solid background in APIs, SQL, and relational databases • Experience with TDD and automated testing • Interest or experience in AI-assisted development • Full-stack mindset (or strong willingness to grow into it) Nice to have • TypeScript • AWS (ECS/Fargate) • Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt / OpenTofu) 📩 Interested?
