Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end integration between Ruby on Rails and Java platforms Define integration architecture, roadmap, and long-term strategy Act as the technical bridge between RoR and Java teams Recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance integration approaches Resolve cross-platform issues and guide teams through the integration lifecycle Required Qualifications: 12+ years of software development and architecture experience Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Java Expertise in system integration, microservices, APIs, and cloud deployments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Exposure to AI tools for productivity or design optimization (plus).
