About the Role We are looking for a Russian-English Legal Generalist to join the legal team of a FinTech company with a fully compliant business model. Key Responsibilities • Provide legal support for compliance, operations, finance, technology and senior leadership • Handle employment and HR matters across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and operational documents • Conduct regulatory monitoring and provide business-oriented legal guidance • Support licensing and compliance in regulated markets • Assist with new market expansion, entity setup and regulatory approvals • Manage external legal counsels when needed Requirements • 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience in international legal teams • In-house experience in IT, EdTech, FinTech or Banking preferred • Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken • Experience with independent management of complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters • Strong commercial and business-oriented approach • Advanced Google Workspace and AI tools user, including Gemini and Claude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization, time management and ability to work under pressure Benefits • Fully remote work from anywhere • Professional growth and competitive compensation • International projects and strategic exposure • High level of ownership and autonomy • AI-driven environment
