About the Role We are seeking a delivery-focused SaaS Product Manager to oversee the continued development, completion, and launch of a digital platform connecting African researchers, innovators, and businesses to mentorship, funding, and commercialisation opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of the product's current state and assess outstanding requirements • Establish clear delivery priorities and coordinate the team towards a successful MVP launch • Manage software development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive digital products from development through testing and release Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 7 years of relevant Product Management experience • Proven experience working with software developers and designers to deliver digital products or SaaS solutions • Demonstrable experience managing an MVP or significant product release from development through testing and deployment • Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritisation, sprint management, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience coordinating product testing, defect tracking, and release readiness • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana, or equivalent platforms • Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery in a remote environment
