About the Role We are looking for a SailPoint Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing and developing comprehensive IAM solutions using SailPoint technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and end-to-end SailPoint IAM solutions • Develop and customize connectors, rules, and workflows using BeanShell/Java • Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management and access certification processes • Design RBAC models, perform role mining, and integrate with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, and SaaS applications • Lead IIQ-to-ISC migration projects and work with REST APIs, SCIM, and AWS/Azure cloud environments • Lead solution design workshops, guide L2 engineers, conduct code and configuration reviews, and manage client stakeholders Requirements • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) architecture and implementation • Strong architecture, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills • Preferred Certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Professional certification
