About the Role Cogent Infotech is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join an existing team and develop, enhance, and integrate identity security solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and integrate identity security solutions using SailPoint ISC • Translate technical specifications into code and deliver complex enhancements • Develop custom rules, workflows, forms, integrations, access reviews, and custom reports • Ensure strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, Shell Scripting, SQL/Oracle, and Web Services • Expertise in SailPoint integrations with SAP S/4HANA, LMS, SCIM, ServiceNow, Lenel, UKG Pro WFM, and PAM solutions • Strong understanding of IGA standards and protocols, including SCIM, OAuth, REST APIs, and SAML • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Governance, Identity Management, Role Mining, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies • Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, VS Code, secure coding practices, and Agile methodologies Requirements • 5+ years of experience developing SailPoint solutions • Expertise in SailPoint integrations with SAP S/4HANA, LMS, SCIM, ServiceNow, Lenel, UKG Pro WFM, and PAM solutions • Experience developing custom rules, workflows, forms, integrations, access reviews, and custom reports • Strong understanding of IGA standards and protocols • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Governance, Identity Management, Role Mining, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies • Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, VS Code, secure coding practices, and Agile methodologies
