About the Role We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to support regulatory requirements, improve platform usability, and deliver initiatives including SoD implementation, DBaaS and application onboarding, and completion of the NCD implementation. Key Responsibilities • Support regulatory requirements and improve platform usability • Resolve defects and deliver initiatives including SoD implementation • Complete DBaaS and application onboarding • Support completion of the NCD implementation Requirements • 5–6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience, including version 8.x or later • Strong experience with workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, and approval processes • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and IdentityIQ APIs • Experience with SailPoint auditing, custom reports, and dashboards • Strong SQL development and database troubleshooting skills • Experience with Git and SailPoint Services Standard Build development or deployment processes • Ability to troubleshoot integrations and production issues • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance • Experience in financial services, a highly regulated industry, or a large enterprise • Ability to work independently, with strong communication and technical documentation skills Benefits • Potential conversion to a permanent role after the 12-month contract
