About the Role We are looking for a SailPoint Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Develop custom workflows, Forms, and rules in SailPoint ISC • Implement automation and integrations with enterprise applications • Work with Java/BeanShell, REST APIs, SCIM, and IAM/IGA technologies • Support access reviews, RBAC, and identity governance processes • Collaborate with teams on technical requirements and solutions Requirements • 7+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) • Strong hands-on experience with custom workflows, Forms, and rules • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting • Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, JSON, SQL, and Oracle • Knowledge of enterprise application integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, UKG Pro WFM, LENEL, and PAM solutions • Understanding of IAM/IGA, RBAC, access reviews, recertification, role mining, and SoD • Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and secure coding practices
