About the Role We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Radhika Fintech Private Limited. This role involves making outbound calls to generate qualified leads and promoting various financial products. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads • Promote personal loans, business loans, home loans, LAP, credit cards, and insurance products • Identify customer needs and explain suitable financial products and eligibility criteria • Follow up with interested prospects, resolve queries, and assist with application procedures • Maintain accurate customer records, call updates, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Google Sheets • Handle customer objections professionally and convert leads into potential business opportunities • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals • Submit daily performance reports and coordinate with the team to improve conversions • Protect customer information and follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements
