About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and MCP Servers • Strong development skills in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and Platform Events • Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, prompts, actions, and orchestration • Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, and tool calling • Experience with MCP tools, Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers, and headless integrations • Strong understanding of OAuth, Connected/External Client Apps, permissions, sharing, and API security • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, middleware, and external AI platforms • Knowledge of testing, deployment, monitoring, and production readiness Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience • 2+ years in Salesforce AI Development • Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, custom MCP tools, and relevant Salesforce/Agentforce certifications
