About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer to design and implement intelligent, AI-powered Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement intelligent, AI-powered Salesforce solutions • Build AI-powered solutions using Agentforce and AgentforceBuilder • Design and optimize AI prompts using PromptBuilder and PromptEngineering • Work with RAG (RetrievalAugmentedGeneration), SemanticSearch, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions • Utilize EinsteinTrustLayer, GenerativeAI, and responsible AI implementation • Perform predictive analytics using EinsteinPredictionBuilder and EinsteinDiscovery • Develop recommendation and decision-making solutions using RecommendationBuilder and NextBestAction • Create dashboards, reporting, and business insights using CRMAnalytics and TableauCRM • Implement Salesforce automation, custom development, and intelligent workflow Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI • Proven experience in building AI-powered solutions • Expertise in designing and optimizing AI prompts • Hands-on experience with RAG, SemanticSearch, and knowledge-grounded AI • Strong understanding of EinsteinTrustLayer, GenerativeAI, and responsible AI • Experience in predictive analytics • Expertise in recommendation and decision-making solutions • Proficiency in Salesforce automation, custom development, and intelligent workflow • Ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI-driven Salesforce solutions
