About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Oktana, an Argano company focused on Cloud and Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Work with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Map processes and analyze business analysis Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes • Experience with process mapping, business analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project documentation Benefits • Opportunity to work with a leading Salesforce solutions provider • Remote work environment
