About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development, customizations, integrations, and data migration. Key Responsibilities • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Build integrations with enterprise and legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and Informatica • Perform complex data migrations using Salesforce Data Loader and ETL tools • Lead development activities from solution design through testing and deployment • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and mentor junior developers • Support release management, prepare release notes, and document projects using Jira and Confluence • Work with stakeholders to estimate project efforts, demonstrate solutions, and deliver business requirements • Provide end-user training and follow Salesforce development best practices Requirements • Strong Salesforce Platform development experience • Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations • Knowledge of Informatica, ETL tools, and Salesforce Data Loader • Experience with data migration, testing, deployment, and release management • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project documentation • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
