About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, production support expertise, and a passion for delivering reliable, high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities • Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve Salesforce application issues. • Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes for defects and outages. • Collaborate with offshore support teams and stakeholders across time zones. • Execute approved data fixes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and APIs. Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience in production support, debugging, incident management, and root-cause analysis. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and development best practices. • Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools.
