About the Role Maxon IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, implementation, and integration. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes • Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows • Manage data migration, data quality, and Salesforce security configurations • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance • Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers • Follow Salesforce development best practices and participate in code reviews Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, consulting, or implementation • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and platform capabilities • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations • Experience with Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD practices Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
