About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Build custom applications and responsive user interfaces using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio • Implement customer self-service portals, case management, and knowledge management solutions • Manage deployments and release processes using Copado • Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including Amazon Connect / CTI • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce • Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow • OmniStudio – FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors • Copado – CI/CD, Deployment Automation & Release Management • Salesforce APIs & Integrations • Salesforce Security, Profiles, Permission Sets & Sharing Rules Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certifications • Service Cloud or Experience Cloud certifications • Hands-on enterprise OmniStudio implementation experience • Amazon Connect / CTI integration experience • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
