About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team for upcoming client projects. This role requires immediate deployment and focuses on Salesforce platform management and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Manage Salesforce CRM, Apex, and Lightning Web Components • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Configure and customize Salesforce environments • Implement release management processes • Utilize tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salesforce CLI • Manage metadata deployments, change sets, and sandbox environments • Develop and implement deployment automation using shell scripting and Python • Handle Salesforce API integrations and connected systems • Conduct Apex testing, automated testing, and code quality checks • Implement version control, rollback strategies, and release governance Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, and Lightning Web Components • Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and automated deployments • Proficiency with tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salesforce CLI • Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket • Knowledge of metadata deployments, change sets, and sandbox management • Skills in shell scripting, Python, and deployment automation • Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
