About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Lead / Lead Developer to manage and lead application development activities for an enterprise modernization project. This role requires strong technical leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead all application development activities throughout the project lifecycle • Guide and manage developers in designing and developing software solutions based on business requirements • Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases in collaboration with the State • Prepare and maintain release plans, deployment documentation, and technical documentation • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks affecting release scope, schedule, and quality • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution across development teams • Lead go-live activities, including deployment planning, execution, and production readiness • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, development standards, and project delivery timelines • Support modernization initiatives involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and legacy system replacement Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce technical lead role • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience involving a combination of release management, project management, application programming, and SDLC • Minimum 3 years of experience in modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement • Must be available full-time throughout the contract duration • Must be available for approximately 20% onsite work during development, testing, and deployment
